
Julien Hoareau
Born in 1974, Julien is a licensed general secretary (SIAMACIS), an accountant approved by Certified Management Accountant (ACMA & MIPA) and a practicing member of ACMA and MIPA. His fifteen years of experience in Mauritius have been extremely rewarding. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then turned to the textile industry where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest supplier of accessories and textile machinery in Madagascar and Mauritius. Julien has been closely involved with the creation and administration of the Corporate Cirne Services and Cirne Corporate & Trust Services, which are both part of GroupeCIEL. In 2001, Julien was recruited by the ENL Group (one of the largest conglomerates in Mauritius ), where he headed the Corporate & Secretarial division and served as the Secretary General ad interim. He played a vital role at ENL, restructuring the Espitalier-Noel Investment Trust Ltd, ENL Commercial, and other large entities in the ENL Group. After eight years with ENL, Julien created Navitas, a business services company with ambitions to become a major industry player. From its humble beginnings in 2009, Navitas has strengthened its position as a leader in corporate services and includes among its customers more than 450 companies, among which are many listed and unlisted public companies.
